CHRIS GOODMAN
CHRIS GOODMAN
DESIGNATED BROKER / CRPM – (Certified Residential Property Manager)

Chris was born and raised in Arizona and has lived in the Phoenix Valley since 2003. Chris earned his real estate license in November 2005, and has ambitiously focused his career specifically on Residential Property Management ever since. In October, 2014 Chris went back to school and obtained his Broker’s license. He is also an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and attends regular classes and training specifically for Property Management. Chris has an instinctive ability to lead and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously including managing and facilitating ongoing internal training and office organization to maintain the highest level of compliance ranging from property management to real estate transactions. Since his joining the company, Stratton Vantage has experienced explosive growth. Chris possesses a discerning passion for serving others as evidenced in bearing the daunting title of Designated Broker. His conspicuous attention to detail and relentless aspiration for perfection was further made evident in making the Arizona Department of Real Estates Audit Honor Role in 2015. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, who keep him on his toes. When not at work, he can be found vacationing, with his family, in the mountains, on the beach, or at the lake.

Kevin has been involved in many career fields through out his life. Starting in the Navy in 1978 then transitioning into engineering while working in the semi-conductor industry. Kevin’s wide variety of experience ranges from Intel, Lam Research and Los Alamos National Labs. After over 15 years in the engineering industry he altered his focus in life and pursued a degree in Selected Studies in Education. Kevin used his degree to teach Mesa and Chandler school districts. In 2012 Kevin married the love of his live Stacy. Shortly after, Kevin discovered his passion for real estate when he and Stacy were searching for a home of their own. Kevin loves a challenge, and sprung right into real estate when he acquired his real estate license in 2013. He has loved every minute of it. Kevin has an idiosyncratic ability to help others demonstrated by his relentless work ethic and drive. Kevin grasps the process of buying and selling homes exceptionally well based upon his own experience and incomparable attention to detail. He has successfully assisted countless satisfied clients through-out the stressful process of buying and selling residential properties and hopes to be able to help you someday as well. Kevin and Stacy have 1 son and 2 daughters between the two of them all 18 years and older. Kevin is very involved with his church and is thankful that he has discovered what life is truly about through it. Some hobbies that keep Kevin busy are Chartering and sailing Yachts, scuba diving and world travel.

Mary spent 30 years in Michigan and with each passing year, she became more anxious to escape the cold and find warmth. When the opportunity arose in 1996 to move to Arizona she was ready and excited for the venture. After working for corporate America in sales and marketing for 25 years the 2009 real estate crash became an option for a career change. Mary decided it was time to take the opportunity to pursue her sparked interest in real estate. Discovering there was so much to learn in the distressed home market and having the vision and passion to recreate a home, she found herself remodeling homes with her husband and loving every minute of it. It was also during this time she took on the task of advertising her Gilbert home as a furnished vacation rental while quickly finding herself as a property manager. Her confidence grew and was quickly answering rental inquires for monthly winter visitors and out of town corporate executives during the summer and fall seasons. Many of these clients became yearly repeat tenants loving Arizona’s climate and quality of life. In 2013 the Arizona real estate market was gradually recuperating and Mary saw the necessity to obtain a real estate license knowing she could help others in their pursuit of buying or selling a home. Mary uses her past customer service and sales experience with each client guiding them through their real estate transaction all while striving to provide a superior customer experience. She believes the acquired new friendships created along the way are the best part of being a Realtor. In her free time Mary spends it with her daughter, husband and two dogs enjoying water skiing, gardening, traveling and occasionally there is a need to help rescue stray animals in their community.

Heather is an Arizona native and has spent most of her life living in Gilbert. She started in Commercial Real Estate in 2004 focusing on negotiating, acquiring, and selling land properties. In 2012, Heather merged into Residential Real Estate and has continually built her knowledge and expertise. Her enthusiasm and vast knowledge of the Real Estate industry shines through in all of her work as she strives to go above and beyond for all of her clients. Heather enjoys being active outdoors and spending time up in the mountains with her family.

Kalee grew up in Snowflake Arizona. Kalee possesses a natural capacity to multi task and has a discerning business mindset. Kalee graduated with distinction with an Associates in Business at Northland Pioneer College and attended Arizona State University in Accountancy. Kalee further went on to earn her real estate license in 2011 which catapulted her career in real estate and property management. She co-owned and managed multiple companies in northeast Arizona before moving to Gilbert in 2012. Kalee’s infectious personality and relentless willingness to help others is felt by anyone who comes into contact with her. Her proficient and vast set of skills is unique in that she is highly qualified in all areas of real estate. Kalee’s “over-achieving” mentality has catapulted her career in real estate and property management. Her ability to manage so many tasks at once while improving service has significantly contributed in affording Stratton Vantage the opportunity to experience such steady and healthy growth. Kalee gracefully manages all the accounting staff, and functions, including coordinating rental tax, owner disbursements, move out accounting, trust account reconciliation, human resources and oversees all lease renewals for Stratton Vantage Property Management to ensure that our occupancy rate is maintained at the highest level. Kalee has an incomparable ability to solve problems and is meticulous about maintaining perfection. Her matchless attention to detail and willingness to help others enhances the overall service that Stratton Vantage offers. Kalee enjoys traveling, history, fishing, reading, and especially being with her family and two new beautiful granddaughters.

Katrina has lived in California, Colorado, and has now been an Arizona resident since 2009. She has a very diverse background both personally and professionally. In addition to her background in business management, she has experience in almost every aspect of real estate, both commercial and residential, which gives her a unique perspective and ability to approach the challenges that go along with an ever changing market from every vantage point.  Katrina is a caring person who truly enjoys the feeling that comes from helping people and as such, prides herself on her level of compassionate customer service. She believes in approaching business with a personal touch. Katrina has always loved giving back and being involved in her community and takes the opportunity to volunteer with various charities and organizations whenever possible. She has a true joy of learning and is constantly striving for growth in everything she does. In her free time, Katrina enjoys DIY home remodeling, cooking, camping, and socializing with friends.

Meet Terri Young, our newest addition to the Stratton Vantage Property Management team. Terri was born and raised in Omaha, NE and earned a B.S. in Psychology from Northern Arizona University. With years of professional experience managing retail pharmacy stores, Terri brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to our community. Her commitment to excellence, attention to detail and passion for making others feel at home are the foundations of her approach.

Outside of her professional life, Terri is a family-oriented individual.  She adores her daughter, son-in-law, crazy husky/shepard pup and most importantly, new grandbaby!  Terri enjoys spending quality time with her close-knit circle of friends and family.  She believes in the power of relationships and cherishes the moments spent with loved ones.

Terri’s combination of professional aptitude and her warm, caring nature makes her an invaluable asset to our property management team. She is dedicated to ensuring that everyone feels at ease and truly at home within our community. We’re delighted to have Terri Young as a member of our team with the positive impact she makes on our residents’ and owners’ lives.

TRACY HIXON

Tracy grew up in Heber, Arizona. She is a 5th generation Arizonian! Tracy graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Her lengthy experience is evidenced through her unmatched ability to multi-task by managing contractors, communicate clearly, effectively supervise and oversee maintenance projects all while maintaining positive relationships with those around her. Tracy has a distinctive expertise in her ability to meet time constraints, supervise quality of workmanship, and negotiate competitive maintenance costs which ultimately result in faster tenant placement and maximizes the overall property’s performance. One of Tracy’s most admirable traits is revealed through her genuine desire to help others. Her matchless attention to detail and incessant drive has afforded our property managers the ability to confidently advertise vacant properties in tip-top shape, with accurate availability dates which help them attract a higher quality more accountable tenant resulting in shorter vacancy time. Tracy enjoys the outdoors, reading, traveling, swimming and spending time with her family. She loves working at Stratton Vantage LLC and enjoys meeting new people daily.

Jared grew up in the small town of Snowflake, Arizona and is the youngest of 4 kids. He loves sports and played basketball and track and field in high school. He loves the outdoors including hunting or fishing with his family. He served a two year church service mission in Honduras and Florida where he learned to speak Spanish. Jared loves helping people and has a great work ethic to learn and grow to better those around him. He has aspirations to become a Mechanical Engineer and is currently enrolled in college courses.

Originally hailing from the sunny state of California, Silvia brings 15 years of invaluable experience in commercial property management to our residential property team. Her transition into residential property management over the last few years has been seamless, thanks to her unwavering commitment to exceptional service. Silvia has a deep love for family and a passion for exploring antique stores. She finds joy in mixing the old with the new, uncovering the history behind unique finds, and incorporating them into her home decor. This love for history and craftsmanship is rooted in her upbringing; her father, a professional carpenter, instilled in her a love for building and restoring items, whether to keep or sell. Her and her husband have worked hard to make their dreams come true and have purchased land in Montana where they plan on building their forever home and adopt as many animals and give them a forever home. She hopes to retire in the next couple of years and focus on her family and home.

Meet Megan Cooper, an Arizona native with deep roots in the charming city of Mesa. Megan’s upbringing was colored by the joy and camaraderie of her two brothers and two sisters. Currently, Megan and her husband, Jakob, have found their home in San Tan Valley. Their family is not complete without the delightful presence of Goose, their lively two-year-old pug. And, speaking of family, the Coopers are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child in March 2024, a new chapter in their lives that fills them with excitement and joy. Megan’s passions in life extend beyond her home and family. She’s an avid fan of the magic and wonder of Disneyland, often finding herself lost in the enchantment of the theme park. Her love for retail therapy finds a perfect match at Target, where every shopping trip becomes an adventure. Most importantly, she cherishes the quality time she spends with her loved ones, believing that the best moments are those shared with family and friends. Megan is thrilled to join the Stratton Vantage family, bringing her enthusiasm, warmth, and dedication to her role. She looks forward to growing alongside the company and contributing her unique perspective to the team. Megan’s positive energy and passion for life make her a valuable addition to our close-knit family at Stratton Vantage.

Jaimee is a native Arizonian and grew up in Mesa. After obtaining her Real Estate license in 2016, she came to work with her sister, Noelle at Stratton Vantage Property Management. Jaimee loves working closely with her younger sister and you can often hear laughter coming from their office. She became a real estate agent because she possesses a passion for customer service and developing relationships with people. She can talk to anyone about anything and often does when she is out and about. Jaimee’s hobbies include writing poetry and short stories, gardening, reading, and playing the piano. She is an avid lover of all animals and owns zebra finches and a Russian Blue cat. She also enjoys traveling and has toured most of Central American studying the Mayan civilization through a BYU study program. Jaimee attended BYU Hawaii and longs to return to the Islands of Aloha to visit her favorite beaches.

Meredith grew up in Utah. After re-locating to Arizona, Meredith earned her real estate license in 2016 and has significantly improved customer relations and service. Her contagious positive-energetic personality creates a fun and productive atmosphere. Meredith is passionate about helping others and has a natural ability to instantly brighten anyones day immediately after meeting her. Meredith’s desire to help others through her contagious personality and her ability to multi-task is is evidenced by the many hats she is able to wear. She handles rent collections, answering phones, coordinating staff meetings, office organization and supplies. Her diverse set of skills significantly contributes to giving Stratton Vantage an added edge! Meredith has a genuine desire to utilize her many skills in any capacity she can. Meredith is full of life, and has four amazing children who, along with her husband, keep her busy when she’s not in the office. She loves animals and nature! On the weekends you will find her scouring local thrift shops for old furniture to refinish.

Kristy Nikolaus brings over 20 years of remarkable customer service experience to Stratton Vantage Property Management. Kristy is extremely organized and is able to gracefully manage multiple tasks. Those attributes combined with her personable, and professional personality enhance residents, and owner’s property management experience.  One of the most admirable and inspirational qualities about Kristy, is that she intentionally strives to leave someone better than she found them. Kristy is also passionate about serving the community. Some of her favorite projects have included providing hygiene kits to the AZ homeless community through Circle the City and assisting in free sports physicals for underserved student athletes with AZTOPS. Kristy is an incredible asset to the Stratton Vantage Team, and recently obtained her AZ Real Estate License.

Brylee was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona with her parents and 4 older brothers. Brylee got married to her wonderful husband, Nick, almost 8 years ago. They have 3 beautiful boys, Kellen, Hudson and Desmond. Her family is the world to her! She enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, being outdoors and going to church. Brylee loves participating in her church community. She has a degree in occupational therapy assistance but decided to stay home and raise her boys until they started school. She is excited to have her Real Estate License and enjoys interacting with owners and tenants as a Property Manager. Brylee is proud to be part of the Stratton Vantage team!

Damon grew up in the White Mountains of Arizona. After relocating to Mesa, Arizona in 2003, he began his real estate career as a home inspector. After acquiring his real estate license in 2004, Damon transitioned into the maintenance management aspect of the business and shortly after obtained his contractors license. In 2009, Damon acquired his real estate brokers license further catapulting his career in the industry. Damon’s passion for residential real estate is evident in his ambitious personality and desire to help others. Realizing the significance of progression in maintenance, for 8 years, he continued to exert his efforts towards improving the quality of workmanship, competitive costs, and quicker turn around time only recognizing that in turn, it would improve the investors’ profitability. Throughout Damon’s career, he has had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest investment groups, such as American Homes 4 Rent whom he helped spearhead acquisitions, maintenance rehabs, and property management for more than 800 homes in less than an 8-month time frame. Damon has gained invaluable experience and knowledge. Damon’s comprehensive approach to the Arizona real estate market soon forged the platform to propel Damon’s reach to the community. In 2012, With several business ventures underway, Damon and Brett decided to form Stratton Vantage Property Management LLC bringing a lifelong dream to reality in creating what is now, one of Arizona’s leading management services. With a focus on residential properties, Stratton and his team offer tailored service to their clients. By dedicating themselves to phenomenal client service, and building a powerful team, Damon and Brett have paved the way for growth and success. Damon is dedicated to providing an individualized service backed with integrity, and stands behind the quality and passion of everyone on his team. Damon loves his beautiful wife and son and are looking forward to having a sweet little girl. When Damon isn’t working, he is spending his time with his family.

Grace was born in Minnesota, but grew up in Canada with her parents, and 3 older siblings. She relocated to Arizona in 2011, and has never left. She and her wonderful husband, Forrest, look forward to the future and starting a family here in the valley. She enjoys amusement parks, playing volleyball, and being outdoors. Winter is her favorite time of the year, however the lake is her favorite place to be. She has a positive and happy personality that brings an amazing energy to the atmosphere. Grace brings over 5 years of customer service experience to Stratton Vantage. She has always been a team leader and strives to help everyone she meets. She is excited to get her Real Estate License, and be an aid to all tenants. Grace is proud to be part of the Stratton Vantage team!

Makenna was born in Palm Springs, California, moved to Arizona when she was 2 years old, but considers herself an Arizona native. She is the oldest of 3 children and loves being a big sister to her siblings. Her favorite thing is spending time with her family. Makenna currently lives with her boyfriend and their two cats Disco and Zorah. She loves painting, music and anything outdoors. She strives to be kind, compassionate and caring. Makenna has been working in the customer service industry since she was 16 years old. She has remarkable customer service skills, loves to learn new things, and is determined to take on any challenge that comes her way. Makenna looks forward to her goal of pursuing her real estate license to become more knowledgeable and further her career in property management.

Pat grew up in Wisconsin, lived in Colorado for many years, and migrated to Arizona for the wonderful climate in 2013. She is one of the few who actually like the over 100 degree temperatures. She grew up in a family of 6 girls and has 3 grown wonderful children. Pat began her career as a Certified Medical Assistant in Pediatrics for 13 years. After those fulfilling years, she decided to pursue a career helping others with their very important decision of home purchases and sales. She is a Realtor with a Broker’s license and has helped hundred of people enjoy this process and feel confident in their decisions. She is one of those detail oriented people and leaves no loose ends. Switching to Property Management, after many years in sales, was a good decision in 2014. Pat thoroughly enjoys every working day helping Landlords and Tenants. In her off time, Pat enjoys unwinding with a good movie or book, range shooting, outdoor activities, family time, and enjoying her time with “Elsa” the very important and spoiled Doberman.

Logan is a native born Arizonian, and is the 4th child of 6 kids. He is what he likes to call a well-rounded nerd who likes a wide range of hobbies, ranging from video games to martial arts (He currently is a brown belt in Tai-Jitsu). He served a 2 year church service mission in Chiapas, Mexico. After returning he attended Central Arizona College and studied accounting for a few semesters. He acquired his Real Estate license in 2016 and later obtained his Brokers license 2021. He has worked in property management for 5 years. He is happily married to his beautiful wife and has 3 amazing kids.

Aamir is from the historical city of Lahore and is the eldest of four siblings. He has a deep passion for soccer and cricket, having played soccer at a semi-professional level. Aamir holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Punjab. With years of experience in property management, Aamir is dedicated to providing excellent service. He also supports his parents and younger siblings, reflecting his strong sense of responsibility and family values.

Deryck has accumulated over three years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate, overseeing essential departments such as maintenance, leasing, collections, evictions, and tenant and client relations. He is knowledgeable about handling quality property maintenance service requests and will seamlessly adapt to the role. He has also represented companies in court for lease violations and eviction cases, gaining insights into US court laws, proceedings, and interactions with legal professionals. In addition to his property management knowledge, he possesses over 5 years of Customer Service experience in diverse industries, including sales, tech support, insurance, healthcare, and transportation. They have worked with prominent companies such as T-Mobile, Lyft, Dexcom, Cricket, and Humana, with 3 years in a managerial role overseeing teams of approximately 10 agents. Beyond his professional roles, he has engaged in promotions, marketing, and occasional teaching activities. Outside of work, he enjoys the beach, occasional freediving, and basketball.

Gavin is an Arizona native and recently moved back to Gilbert after living in Las Vegas while attending the College of Southern Nevada, where he obtained certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CPO, OSHA10, and CPR. Gavin feels that serving a mission for his church in the Billings, Montana, area helped him gain the confidence, organizational skills, time management skills, and people skills needed to succeed. Gavin’s work experience in the construction and HVAC industry makes him a perfect fit for this position.  Gavin enjoys being active, loves the outdoors, snowboarding, and spending time with family and his two kids.

Growing up in the beautiful town of Snowflake in the White Mountains of Arizona, Brett’s life revolved around sports, family, and the outdoors. He was athletic from a young age, and after graduating from high school, he played professional baseball with the Atlanta Braves. In 1996, he and his wife Nicki settled down, starting a family together, a family that would eventually grow to five children, four girls and one boy. Brett started his first real estate business in 1998 and has seen the ups and downs of the Arizona market and understands what it takes to be successful during the highs and the lows of the real estate market. From the start, he has focused on investment real estate guiding his clients through the successful purchase and sale of hundreds of investment properties. He has extensive experience with property management, auctions, reos, and the mls. Along with his business partner Damon, Brett has pioneered a number of successful ventures, the main one was founding Brewer & Stratton Property Management in 2012. Brewer & Stratton has experienced explosive growth driven by innovation, hard work, and customer service. Brett firmly believes that the surest way to be successful is to surround yourself with people who push you to achieve your greatest potential.
